According to the academic calendar, the extraordinary session will be held from Tuesday, April 1 to Saturday, May 3, 2025.
Please, note that only the following categories of students are admitted to the extraordinary session:
•“fuori corso” students ((they will be allowed to take all the exams required by their degree programme);
• students enrolled in part-time mode (maximum 2 exams);
• students enrolled in single courses (2024/2025)
• Erasmus incoming students (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held have already been in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);
• students with disabilities or SLD (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held have already been in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);
• student mothers and student fathers with child/ren under the age of three years (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held have already been in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);
• pregnant students (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held have already been in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);
• working students (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held have already been in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);
• students who have the status of athlete, as defined in art. 25 paragraph 6 of Sapienza Student Regulations - https://www.uniroma1.it/it/content/studenti-e-studentesse-con-meriti-di-studio-e-meriti-sportivi - (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held have already been in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);
• students enroled in two study courses at the same time, pursuant to art. 9 of Sapienza Student Regulations - https://www.uniroma1.it/it/content/contemporanea-iscrizione-due-corsi-di-studio - (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held have already been in previous years or in the first semester of the current year);
On the day of the exam, in order to verify the regularity of the requirements for participation in the extraordinary session, in addition to the booking receipt, students must present to the Professor:
• ‘fuori corso’ student (outside prescribed years): the enrolment certificate downloadable from Infostud in the Certificates section (without revenue stamp), which shows that students are enrolled “fuori corso” (outside prescribed time) in the academic year 2024/2025;
• part-time students: the certificate of enrolment, downloadable from Infostud in the Certificates section, which shows that they are enroled in Part-time mode;
• students enrolLed in single-courses: the copy of the paid tuition receipt, which shows that students are enrolled in a single course delivered for the academic year 2024-2025;
• • Erasmus students: the booking receipt showing that they are incoming Erasmus students;
• students with disabilities: a copy of the invalidity certification;
• SLD (Specific Learning Disorder): before the exam,it is necessary to get in touch with Prof. Lucia D’Ambrosi (see contact) who will notify the professors concerned;
• parents or pregnant students: appropriate documentation certifying the family status or the state of pregnancy;
• Working students: in order to participate in the extraordinary session, they must instead follow the instructions published by the University on the page:
https://www.uniroma1.it/it/notizia/appelli-straordinari-aperti-anche-agli-studenti-lavoratori - from which it is also possible to download the forms/self-certification to be sent to the administrative office at the following address: segrstudenti.comunicazione@uniroma1.it and directly to the professor within 20 days of the start of the extraordinary exam session. On the basis of the indications on the page above, the working student must independently verify, on the basis of his or her employment contract, whether this meets the requirements in order to fill in the self-certification declaring the status of working student;
• Students with athlete status: special documentation certifying the status of athlete as indicated in the Sapienza student regulations;
• students enroled in two study programmes at the same time, the enrolment certificates can be downloaded from Infostud in the Certificates section (without revenue stamp), which show that you have been enrolled in several degree courses at the same time in the current academic year.
The Administrative Office, will in any case carry out a check and the eventual cancellation of the exam if the student does not possess the requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: The actual date, the time and the room will be confirmed close to the exam, once the bookings are closed.
Booked students who no longer intend to take the exam are required to cancel their booking on Infostud within the deadline set for the booking itself. After this deadline, however, they are obliged to notify the professor by email.
All professors belonging to the Coris Department, for all subjects taught up to the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025, are required to open an exam session in the extraordinary session, therefore in the event that for some specific subject there is no exam date within the extraordinary session, please promptly report it to the Student Affairs Office, by writing to:
