According to the academic calendar, the exam session will be held from Monday 14 October to Saturday 9 November 2024.
Please, note that only the following categories of students are admitted to the extraordinary session:
- Bachelor's degree students graduating in the December 2024/January 2025 session (they will be allowed to takethe last exam for a maximum of 9 credits);
- Master's degree (Specialistica/Magistrale) and Five-year degree students (Vecchio Ordinamento) graduating in the December 2024/January 2025 session (they will be able to take the last exam, for a maximum of 9 credits if 270 programme);
- “fuori corso” students (all the exams required by their degree programmes)
- students enrolled in part-time mode (maximum 2 exams);
- students enrolled in single courses (2023/2024)
- Erasmus incoming students (they will be allowed to take all exams whose classes have already been held by the academic year 2023/2024);
- students with disabilities or SLD (Specific Learning Disorder)(all exams whose classes have already been held by the academic year 2023/2024);
- student mothers and student fathers with child/ren under the age of three years (all exams whose classes have already been held by the academic year 2023/2024);
- pregnant students (all exams whose classes have already been held by the academic year 2023/2024);
- students enroled in two study courses at the same time, pursuant to art. 9 of the present Regulation (SA Resolution of 17 January 2023),
- working students (all exams whose classes have already been held by the academic year 2023/2024).
On the day of the exam, in order to verify the regularity of the requirements for participation in the extraordinary session, in addition to the booking receipt, students must present to the Professor:
- graduating students: a copy of the Infostud screen relating to the graduation application, or a copy of the email acknowledging the submission of the graduation application generated by the system;
- ‘fuori corso’ student (outside prescribed years): the certificate of enrolment, downloadable from Infostud in the Certificates section (without revenue stamp), which shows that students are enroled outside the prescribed years. Those who will become “fuori corso” students in the academic year 2024/2025 will be allowed to participate in the extraordinary session if they have completed - by paying the first installment of university fees - enrolment in the academic year 2024/2025 by the exam date.
- part-time students: the certificate of enrolment, downloadable from Infostud in the Certificates section, which shows that they are enroled in Part-time mode;
- students enroled in single-courses: the copy of the paid tuition receipt, which shows that students are enrolled in a single course delivered for the academic year 2023-2024;
- Erasmus students: the booking receipt showing that they are incoming Erasmus students;
- students with disabilities: a copy of the invalidity certification;
- or SLD (Specific Learning Disorder): before the exam,it is necessary to get in touch with the Department SLD contact person;
- parents or pregnant students, appropriate documentation certifying the family status or the state of pregnancy;
- students enroled in two study programmes at the same time, pursuant to art. 9 of the present Regulation, appropriate documentation certifying the simultaneous registration.
ATTENTION: Working students, in order to participate in the extraordinary session, must instead follow the instructions published by the University at the link
by sending the requested certification to the Professor's email and to the Student Affairs Office at segrstudenti.comunicazione@uniroma1.it(link sends e-mail) only after having independently verified that your type of employment contract is among those authorized in the form itself at least 20 days before the date of the exam. It should be noted that internship activities and collaboration grants are not activities similar to employment contracts and therefore do not give the right to participate in extraordinary sessions as a student worker.
The Student Affairs Office (segrstudenti.comunicazione@uniroma1.it(link sends e-mail)) , will in any case carry out a check and the eventual cancellation of the exam if the student does not possess the requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: The actual date, the time and the room will be confirmed close to the exam, once the bookings are closed. It is therefore advisable to check for any updates in the news of the chair up to the day before the exam. Booked students who no longer intend to take the exam are obliged to cancel the booking on Infostud within the deadline set for the booking itself. Beyond this deadline, they are obliged to notify the Professor with an email.
All Professors belonging to the Coris Department, for all subjects taught up to the academic year 2023/2024, are required to schedule one exam call in the extraordinary session. In case that for some subject there is no exam date within the extraordinary session, please report it promptly to the Educational Affairs Office.
