FOR THE PRESENTATION OF THE FORMAL APPLICATION FOR THE GRADUATION ON INFOSTUD:- By Saturday 16 September 2023 (for all): an achievement of 96% of the credits is required to submit the thesis application. As required by the University regulations, the application will not be accepted if 96% of the required credits for the degree course have not been passed and recorded. The Faculty Council has established that 96% for the five-year degree is equivalent to having to take no more than 1 exam, for the new 509 system to obtain no more than 8 credits and for the new 270 degree no more than 9 credits.
- By Friday 13 October 2023 (for all): the student must send the online application and the supervisor will accept it on Infostud. It is strongly recommended to avoid uploading the application too close to the deadline, as all applications that are not successfully uploaded by the deadline (also due to possible Infostud malfunctions), will in no case be accepted or be able to be uploaded later.
ATTENTION: it is necessary to pay the graduation fee at least four/five working days before the deadline in order to submit the application within the non-extendable deadline of Monday 24 July 2023, otherwise Sapienza will not receive the payment in time and the Infostud platform will not allow the application to be entered as a result of this.
- No later than Monday 13 November 2023:
- (for all) upload online - among the attachments to the graduation application - a scanned copy of the proof of the eventual last missing exam (only if this is not already validated on Infostud).
- (for all those who have not already done it) deliver to the Internship Office all the documentation relating to the recognition of cfu relating to internships and traineeships (for 509 students also the documentation relating to the recognition of supplementary educational activities).
- From Monday 20 November 2023:

- No later than Monday 4 December 2023:
Only for Master's degree – Magistrale/Specialistica- and five-year degree students: send your final paper, in .pdf format, in a single file by e-mail to your co-supervisor.
- No later than Monday 11 December 2023:
- (only for Master's degree – Magistrale/Specialistica- and five-year degree students) upload the pdf of the final thesis on Infostud, following the instructions for uploading the thesis on page 7 of the "instructions" file published at the link Online Degree Application Instructions.
It is strongly recommended, also in this case, to avoid uploading the pdf too close to the deadline, as when the deadline has expired, the platform will not allow you in any way to upload the file later.

Exclusively for the July session, the Department Council of 4 February 2015 resolved that, by way of derogation from the 96% limit, also regular (in corso) students who have already taken all the exams planned in their course by the end of the January/February session (with the exception of the courses delivered for the first time in the second semester of the last year) can submit the degree application.
Students who are in the condition described above and who want to take advantage of the July summer session to conclude their studies, before applying online, must submit the "exam to be taken form" (modulo esami da sostenere) for approval by the Students Affairs Office by writing to triennalicoris@uniroma1.it (Bachelor’s degree) and to magistralicoris@uniroma1.it (Master’s degree).
The approved form must then be uploaded together with the other attachments when submitting the application online. It is understood that the credits relating to the missing exams must all be obtained in the first round of exam session in June.
- By Monday 6 May 2024 (for all): the student must send the online application and the supervisor will accept it on Infostud. It is strongly recommended to avoid uploading the application too close to the deadline, as all applications that are not successfully uploaded by the deadline (also due to possible Infostud malfunctions), will in no case be accepted or be able to be uploaded later.
